Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and design individualized treatment strategies for clients of different age groups.
• Implement evidence-based therapies targeting speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare experts, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic client care.
• Provide education to clients and their families about communication techniques and therapy goals.
• Accurately document client information and progress notes according to established protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional learning and contribute to maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Possession of a recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia or its equivalent.
• Preferred experience with both adult and pediatric clients; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
