Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical dossiers to ensure feasibility.
• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities for new product introductions.
• Conduct risk assessments to pinpoint discrepancies in materials, methods, equipment, and batch sizes between internal sites and external contract laboratories.
• Procure necessary materials and tools as specified in dossiers for product technology transfer.
• Oversee and execute technology transfer activities involving external Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
• Provide support for the manufacturing of pilot and scale-up batches, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Technology Transfer Manager.

Qualifications and Functional Knowledge

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related scientific field.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in formulation development and technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in formulation development and scaling up of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
• Expertise in the technology transfer of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
