Role Overview

The Sourcing Manager role is a strategic leadership position overseeing the global supply chain operations. The individual will integrate strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure procurement of essential GPU and networking hardware required for company growth. Leadership of the sourcing team, managing demand forecasting, and complex international trade compliance are core components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead the planning cycles for supply security and demand forecasts to prevent supply chain interruptions concerning critical AI-related components.
• Design and implement optimal global logistics strategies, including compliance with Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) regulations, and manage relationships with worldwide shipping partners to ensure smooth handling of high-value equipment.
• Direct and develop the sourcing team through robust governance and review mechanisms aimed at driving operational excellence.
• Conduct advanced negotiations with top-tier Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to guarantee prioritized allocation and cost-effective purchasing of GPUs and networking devices.
• Establish supplier onboarding criteria and risk management frameworks to continually evaluate financial and operational soundness of suppliers.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing within sectors such as data centers, semiconductor, or advanced technology manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing supply chain teams and navigating high-level relationships with international vendors.
• Substantial technical knowledge of AI-related hardware, including GPU designs and enterprise-level network equipment.
