Role Overview

This contract position involves evaluating and enhancing process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated materials using specific quality standards relevant to the domain.
• Detect and report any factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, or presentation flaws.
• Deliver clear and well-organized written critiques.
• Collaborate with experts in relevant subject areas to maintain quality and uniformity.
• Operate independently, adhering to deadlines while working asynchronously.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in process improvement or SOP-related roles.
• Fluent English communication skills, either native or professional level.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace, with emphasis on presentation tools like Slides.
• Preferably hold a Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
