Role Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting Enterprise and Public Sector clients to maximize their Contact Centre technology investments. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will craft customized solutions using AWS, Genesys, and integrated business applications. You will translate client requirements into actionable, commercially viable results that foster business growth and technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultancy and design tailored Contact Centre platform solutions.
- Convert customer needs into customized technical implementations and workflows.
- Support pre-sales tasks including scoping, presentations, and proposal creation.
- Lead or assist in preparing detailed solution design documents, covering integrations and workflows.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to ensure accurate opportunity and pipeline tracking within Salesforce.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and commercial viability standards and are ready for delivery transition and managed services.
- Participate in refining offerings, best practices, and enhancing customer relations continuously.
Candidate Profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of Contact Centre technologies and SaaS frameworks.
- Proven experience in solution design, consulting, or technical pre-sales roles.
- Strong commercial understanding, including pricing strategies, profitability, and scoping of professional services.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across various levels and simplifying complex concepts.
- Robust problem-solving, flexibility, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with AWS, Genesys, or related platforms is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with integration methodologies and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Insight into how sales, delivery, project management, and managed services interrelate.
- Dedication to ongoing learning and keeping abreast of technological advancements.
