Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and growth-oriented Social Media Manager / Strategist to amplify and manage our digital footprint primarily on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored social media strategies for each platform.
- Oversee content scheduling and calendar management.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competition, platform algorithms, and fresh content ideas.
- Develop content concepts including captions, attention-grabbing hooks, and video scripts.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and video production teams.
- Drive initiatives to enhance audience reach, engagement rates, follower growth, and overall channel performance.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the creator, influencer, and personal branding ecosystems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1.5 to 2.5 years experience in social media management or strategic roles.
- Strong expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Preferably familiar with Meta Business Suite tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Highly creative, organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
