Role Overview
The Social Media Manager role is a full-time position centered around the planning, execution, and enhancement of Business Orbit's social media presence. Based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar with partial work-from-home flexibility, this role entails crafting and scheduling posts, overseeing community engagement, promptly addressing comments and messages with professionalism, and aligning social media initiatives with the company’s overall marketing and business strategies. Regular analysis of engagement metrics will inform strategy adjustments to boost reach, interaction, and conversion rates. Staying abreast of platform changes, current trends, and best practices is essential to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of Business Orbit's social efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and social media optimization across diverse platforms.
- Superb communication and writing capabilities to produce clear, captivating, and audience-tailored content.
- Skill in devising and implementing content strategies customized to various social channels and target demographics.
- Experience utilizing social media analytics tools for performance monitoring, insight generation, and campaign refinement.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, coupled with familiarity in online networking or community platform environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills enabling management of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior background in social media or community management is advantageous.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary of 15000 INR.
