Role Overview
This position involves a hands-on approach combining content creation, strategy development, and publishing across Black Diamondz’s Western platforms. The main goal is to expand audience engagement and growth on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Responsibilities include filming, editing, writing, posting, and interacting with followers, as well as planning content calendars and analyzing performance metrics to enhance follower count, views, and interaction.
Work Environment
You will directly report to Monika Tu and collaborate closely with the marketing team on both the Black Diamondz brand and Monika's personal profile. The team is small and dynamic, requiring you to be independent, efficient, and able to manage your channels comprehensively. The role is based in Sydney, requiring onsite presence at offices in the CBD and Double Bay.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of experience in social media management, content production, and digital strategy.
- Demonstrated success in growing followers, views, and engagement on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok supported by measurable results.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous testing and understanding of social media algorithms to convert content into audience growth.
- Strong abilities in shooting and editing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for a polished, editorial tone.
- Self-reliant and quick to act, capable of creating and publishing content rapidly.
- Must reside in Sydney and be willing to work from the CBD and Double Bay locations.
- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or property sectors is advantageous but not mandatory; good taste and effective outcomes are paramount.
