About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead Crypto.com's digital presence and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing impactful social media strategies for our brand's growth and engagement. Creativity partnered with analytical thinking is essential to craft and deploy successful content approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute social growth strategies that resonate locally while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Establish clear strategic guidelines tailored for each social media platform to maintain consistent content themes and precise audience targeting.
• Identify and leverage trending topics and viral content opportunities to fully promote products and community narratives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and uphold content quality.
• Set social media goals, objectives, and key results (OKRs), and use data-driven analysis to refine strategies and maximize return on investment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles such as Social Media Manager or Specialist.
• Proficient and comfortable working with contemporary AI tools relevant to social media management.
• Strong project management abilities capable of handling multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Hands-on practical knowledge of social media scheduling and posting software.
• Experience with content and campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and overall social media execution.
• Skilled in creating, editing, and repurposing content; familiarity with design software is considered advantageous.
• Interest in the financial services sector and committed to staying informed on industry developments and trends.
• Exceptional teamwork skills, well-organized, and able to maintain composure under tight deadlines.
