Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness and user engagement.
• Administer all official social media profiles including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and additional channels.
• Create and maintain a monthly content schedule that aligns with marketing objectives.
• Develop and publish captivating content such as graphics, reels, videos, and stories across platforms.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Engage with audiences by monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and other interactions.
• Analyze platform metrics, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns to improve outcomes.
• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and technological tools to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with design, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure unified brand messaging.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing social media platforms and developing strategies.
• Deep knowledge of social media algorithms and current content trends.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and various analytics platforms.
• Creative flair coupled with practical experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple social media channels independently while adhering to deadlines.
