Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring all tasks align with the established project schedules.
• Manage the installation and execution of gypsum wall partitions (drywall partitions).
• Supervise the installation of flooring and tiles on site.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, and the internal project team to maintain workflow.
• Efficiently manage labor on site, including allocation of skilled and unskilled workers as necessary.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the project site.
• Track material usage and provide regular updates on site progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Technology is required, or any graduate with relevant site supervision experience may apply.
• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience supervising interior fit-out or construction sites.
• Practical experience with gypsum board partitioning, flooring, and tile installation is essential.
• Strong understanding of site execution, finishing work, and maintaining quality standards.
• Capability to supervise multiple concurrent activities to guarantee timely completion of projects.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Basic familiarity with material management and site progress reporting.
• Willingness to travel between various project locations as required.
• Applicants must have their own bike and hold a valid driving license.
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners or candidates with minimal notice periods.
