Role Overview

The Site Foreman will manage daily operations on multiple residential builds from initiation through to completion. This position involves leading site teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule, and upholding top-tier quality and safety standards. Close collaboration with company Directors is a key aspect of this role, providing opportunities for ownership and long-term career advancement within the company.

Key Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate diverse trade teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of projects within deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce on site.
  • Maintain rigorous health and safety compliance throughout all projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Directors for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Support supplier price negotiations and demonstrate strong commercial insight across builds.
  • Oversee logistics, including materials handling and onsite deliveries.
  • Foster excellent communication and professionalism throughout the construction process.
  • Take charge of overall site organisation and timely project completion.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Foreman within the construction sector.
  • Solid background in carpentry is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience managing residential construction sites and teams.
  • Strong leadership and clear communication capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of site management practices and building life cycles.
  • Desirable experience with supplier negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Proactive approach focused on problem-solving and achieving results.
  • Interest in long-term career growth within a developing company environment.
