Key responsibilities

• Make sure all health, safety, and environmental rules are followed on site.
• Keep clear and accurate site documentation, including daily records, material usage, and attendance.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other relevant parties to keep the job moving and solve issues quickly.
• Spot possible delays or risks early and take practical action to reduce their impact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Foreman on large residential developments, ideally projects of 200 units or more.
• Strong understanding of residential building techniques and construction regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently on site while coordinating with project management.
• Construction-related qualifications or certifications would be an advantage.
