The Showroom Salesman plays a crucial role in assisting customers, offering detailed product information, and actively driving sales within the showroom environment. They are responsible for maintaining a tidy and well-organized showroom space, managing inventory levels, and efficiently handling customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass the predetermined sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service and support.
• Assist showroom visitors with product choices, respond to queries, and share product expertise to foster customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Maintain an orderly and attractive showroom presentation by ensuring all products are neatly displayed and readily accessible, regularly monitoring inventory levels, and rearranging merchandise to optimize the layout.
• Ensure that all items on display are properly priced and labeled in alignment with company guidelines.
• Engage proactively with previous customers through follow-ups to confirm their satisfaction, resolve concerns, and promote repeat business.
• Prepare accurate daily reports detailing sales activities, customer interactions, stock updates, and other showroom-related matters.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to guarantee smooth showroom operation, collectively striving to meet sales objectives and sustain a positive workplace environment.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to generate precise invoices, ensuring prompt and error-free transaction processing.
• Submit sales invoices and transaction receipts to the showroom supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the required uniform and personal grooming standards, ensuring the showroom is presented in a clean and professional condition.

Qualifications
