Job Location and Scope
This role is based in multiple Indian cities including Bangalore (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Delhi, Hyderabad (Telangana), and Mumbai (Maharashtra).
Job Summary
The position of Showroom Principal primarily involves driving sales and business development efforts in the showroom particularly within the interior design, modular kitchen, or home décor sectors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Harness proven showroom sales expertise and business development skills specific to the interior, modular kitchen, or home décor industries.
- Maintain and expand a robust professional network comprising Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, and Channel Partners.
- Generate new business leads, encourage walk-in customer visits, convert inquiries into confirmed sales, and meet established revenue goals for the showroom.
- Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, coupled with effective customer relationship management.
- Conduct engaging product presentations, align project requirements with customer needs, and uphold a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
