About the Role

We are inviting applications for the role of ServiceNow Developer to join our team at our Chennai Innovation Campus. This recruitment drive is scheduled for Saturday, 25th July 2026 and will be conducted face-to-face. Immediate joiners or those with a maximum notice period of 60 days are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have between 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience working with various ServiceNow modules.
  • Expertly implement, configure, and integrate ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Develop workflows, scripts, and customize the platform to optimize functionality.
  • Maintain effective communication and interaction with stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Workflow Service Delivery (WSD).
  • Experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
  • Proficiency in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Event Management, Discovery, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Capability in building custom ServiceNow applications as well as experience with UI Builder.
  • Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps) including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
  • Experience with Agentic AI integration, Field Service Operations (FSO), Field Service Management (FSM), and Service Operations Management (SOM).
  • Skills pertinent to project management and architecture within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
