Job Overview
We seek a Service Telecaller Executive focused on customer engagement to join our organization based in Ludhiana, Punjab. The main responsibility will be proactively reaching out to existing customers to facilitate the scheduling of service appointments as well as managing post-service communications and inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to remind them of upcoming routine maintenance or service due dates and assist in scheduling these service appointments effectively.
- Perform follow-up communications after service has been completed to collect feedback, assess customer satisfaction levels, and resolve any lingering concerns.
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding their service bookings, provide updates on service status, and respond to basic technical questions related to services offered.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between 10,000 INR and 17,000 INR.
