Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment effectively.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems utilizing Destructive Testing (DT) techniques and tools.
• Perform scheduled preventive and unplanned breakdown maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and rectify technical issues.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards applicable to all service operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Practical experience with Destructive Testing (DT) methods is highly desirable.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving faults effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities with a customer-friendly approach.
• Readiness to travel as necessary for field support and client appointments.
