About the Company and Job Location

Join Lubcon Engineers located in Pandurang Industrial Area, Narhe, Pune, Maharashtra as a full-time Service Engineer working day shifts from the office premises.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, examine, and commission various industrial machinery at client sites.
• Perform preventive upkeep and respond to breakdown repairs promptly.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults effectively.
• Handle service requests and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed maintenance records.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure fast resolution of technical issues.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and service standards at all times.
• Foster strong customer relationships providing exceptional after-sales assistance.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
• At least one year experience working as a Service Engineer or in a comparable technician capacity.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ready to travel as required for on-site service assignments.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary between INR 15,000 and INR 30,000.
• Annual performance bonus.
