Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to become a vital part of our automotive service team. This role involves direct interaction with customers to understand their vehicle issues, preparing and explaining job cards, coordinating with the technical team, conveying repair progress, and ensuring vehicles are delivered promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed job cards and clarify service cost estimates to customers.
