About the Role
We are looking to hire a meticulous and proficient Service Administrator who will be instrumental in enforcing current procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with franchise regulations. Key duties involve creating checklists, implementing quality assurance systems, and overseeing service operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative duties related to the ASD Office such as uniform tracking, submission of Kissflow requests, and reporting tasks.
- Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics including NPS, Google reviews, and customer inquiries through the Contact Us channel.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop and maintain detailed checklists for multiple service processes to guarantee accurate adherence.
- Establish and execute quality control protocols to sustain consistent high standards.
- Monitor operational tasks, identify potential improvements, and suggest optimization strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure franchise policy compliance.
- Provide training to team members on proper policy and procedure implementation.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections to find non-compliance areas and create corrective action plans.
- Regularly update procedures reflecting industry best practices and stakeholder feedback.
- Perform monthly data analysis for continuous monitoring.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Work experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in a related role.
- Strong understanding of performance evaluation techniques and quality control mechanisms.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Experienced in creating checklists and managing quality assurance workflows.
- Knowledgeable about operational and quality standards.
- Proficient communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Capable of training others on compliance with policies and procedures.
