Server

Position Overview

This role focuses on creating a memorable dining experience that goes beyond just serving meals. The Server is responsible for various tasks including setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of workspaces. Every action taken aims to enhance guest satisfaction and reflect a high standard of hospitality.

Physical and Operational Requirements

Servers must be prepared to stand, sit, or move around for extended periods, including navigating uneven or slippery surfaces. The role involves handling menus with careful attention, lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with help, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping to fulfill job duties. Adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The position requires a minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). This role welcomes applicants with less than one year of related experience. No supervisory duties or licenses are required.
