Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Training Specialist focused on Business Setup. This role involves designing and implementing training initiatives related to company registration, licensing, regulatory adherence, client onboarding, and operational workflows. The specialist will ensure our consultants and support teams have the knowledge and tools necessary to assist clients effectively throughout business registration, documentation, government approvals, and post-establishment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze training requirements for business setup consultants and support personnel.
- Develop thorough onboarding schemes for newly hired consultants.
- Design educational programs detailing company formation processes.
- Conduct training sessions, both in person and virtually, including personalized coaching.
- Prepare comprehensive SOP manuals, procedural guides, and knowledge base resources.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate these into training materials.
- Evaluate consultant competencies through examinations, case discussions, and practical simulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators like enhanced conversion rates and reduced errors.
- Foster ongoing learning culture and provide performance coaching.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in areas such as business setup, corporate services, or regulatory compliance.
- At least 2 years experience in training, mentoring, or coaching roles.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar e-learning authoring tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business registration processes and regulatory environments.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Expertise in preparing documentation and developing SOPs.
- High attention to detail and adeptness at ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Analytical capability to assess and measure training effectiveness.
- Ability to coach and mentor consultants effectively.
Language Skills
- Fluent English mandatory.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
