Senior Tea Barista

Role Overview

CHAGEE Singapore is hiring a Senior Tea Barista to support day-to-day outlet operations in Central Singapore. The role focuses on preparing high-quality tea beverages, delivering excellent customer service, keeping the barista station clean and organized, and helping the outlet run smoothly.

Key Duties

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional way and handle customer questions promptly.
• Prepare beverages using set recipes and customer preferences.
• Use the correct brewing methods and equipment to keep drinks consistent and of high quality.
• Serve customers courteously and maintain an attentive service approach.
• Follow approved preparation steps and drink-making standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and product offerings.
• Accurately take orders and process both cash and electronic payments.
• Follow company operating procedures and outlet policies at all times.
• Share customer comments or concerns with supervisors and suggest possible new menu ideas.
• Keep the tea bar area, tools, equipment, and work surfaces clean and sanitary in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages or discrepancies, replenish supplies, receive stock deliveries, and update management on stock needs.
• Carry out routine administrative tasks as required.
• Work reliably, stay motivated, and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Support team goals and contribute to smooth outlet operations.
• Be available for shift-based work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience & Work Style

This position calls for someone who has at least 2 years of experience working as a barista, can handle a busy environment, and is comfortable managing several tasks at once.
