This pivotal role calls for a proactive leader to spearhead critical infrastructure initiatives and shape delivery network strategies, significantly optimizing operations and customer experiences while driving sustainable growth across a widespread operational footprint.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a wide range of maintenance and infrastructure projects within assigned operational zones, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead planning and implementation of site upgrades encompassing office facilities, operational area refinements, and building infrastructure enhancements in support of advanced delivery fleet logistics.
- Partner closely with operational teams to define and raise performance standards at site level.
- Collaborate across diverse functional teams—operations, finance, real estate, design, construction, and engineering—to ensure thorough project completion and success.
- Craft persuasive business cases and strategic documentation to obtain approval from senior and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Highly skilled in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and proficient in SQL query writing.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively across both technical and non-technical groups.
- Ability to identify program requirements and utilize data-driven insights for ongoing process enhancement.
- Significant background in program or project management with a focus on driving efficiency.
- Experience establishing repeatable workflows and championing automation and standardization efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience directing full lifecycle project delivery and conveying outcomes to senior leadership.
- History of leading process improvement projects.
- Expertise in managing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Strength in building detailed schedules and managing complex project workflows.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary for this contract position is approximately 69,500 (currency unspecified), with actual remuneration influenced by education, prior experience, certifications, and location.
