Role Overview
We are looking for a remote Senior Product Designer to join us and play a key role in shaping user experiences and visual design for our ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver elegant, intuitive visual interfaces and interactions tailored for ecommerce.
- Independently manage design projects while contributing collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Create clear and simple visual designs with practical usability.
- Conduct user testing and research sessions at various stages of the design process to validate and improve solutions.
- Develop prototypes, including prior frames and wireframes, to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and hand-offs for engineering execution.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ecommerce design principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a team environment.
- Skilled at producing clean, straightforward, and user-friendly visual designs and interaction flows.
- Experienced in executing user testing and gathering actionable feedback throughout design iterations.
- Mastery in prototyping tools and preparing engineering-ready design hand-offs.
Preferred Skills
- Additional capabilities in illustration, video or audio editing, photography, or iconography are a bonus.
