Role Overview
The Senior Manager Quality is responsible for ensuring that all data center operations comply with relevant regulatory standards, industry requirements, and corporate policies. This position demands the development and execution of rigorous quality assurance methodologies aimed at detecting any defects or irregularities in the data center infrastructure.
Key Duties
- Ensure strict alignment with legal and industry regulations and internal policies concerning data center functioning.
- Create and maintain robust quality assurance procedures to monitor and identify issues within the data center systems.
- Partner with diverse teams across departments to promptly address any problems uncovered during audits or inspections, thereby minimizing operational disruptions.
- Perform systematic data center audits regularly to verify compliance with prescribed protocols and best practice frameworks.
Experience and Skills Required
- Extensive experience of 15 to 25 years in roles similar within the telecommunications or Internet Service Provider sectors.
- Deep expertise in data center operation processes, including planning, building, upkeep, and administration.
- Demonstrated success in establishing quality control strategies that effectively reduce downtime and enhance system efficiency.
