Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager - Asset Management to assist the Head of Asset Management in creating and executing a comprehensive asset management framework across the city. This key position ensures that all assets are consistently governed, accepted, managed, tracked, and renewed using a risk-informed and data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and rolling out the citywide asset strategy, including defining policies, governance measures, roles, and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Asset Management to formulate the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), balancing asset value, risk, cost, and service delivery goals
- Design and update the asset classification and hierarchy to standardize approaches across districts, asset categories, and structures
- Supervise the central asset registry and control of configuration data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards
- Facilitate processes related to asset adoption, vesting, and acceptance, including readiness assessments and ensuring certifications and acceptance criteria are fulfilled
- Contribute to lifecycle management planning and risk-based governance including developing 10-year renewal plans, budgeting, investment prioritization, and determining renewal triggers
- Create and maintain condition and performance monitoring frameworks, including health modeling, inspection programs, and oversight reports
- Support asset criticality evaluations and resilience measures, including assurance reporting and impact tiering for service continuity
- Manage governance interfaces between facilities management teams, districts, city operations, and other key stakeholders to clarify ownership and foster collaboration
- Provide thorough analysis, reporting, and strategic guidance to senior leadership including the Head of Asset Management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in asset management, ideally within city municipalities, property management, large-scale developments, or entertainment sectors
- Sound knowledge of ISO 55001 standards and best practices for physical asset lifecycle management
- Proven financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analytics
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with asset management software and financial reporting systems
- Understanding of the regional market dynamics and regulatory frameworks is beneficial
