Role overview
The Senior Landscape Designer will create residential and public-facing outdoor environments that balance beauty, usability, and sustainability. The role involves shaping distinctive landscape solutions tailored to different sites and client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and recommend landscape design ideas and concepts.
- Take ownership of landscape design work from early concept through implementation.
- Carry out ideation, site assessment, concept development, and detailed design work.
- Deliver creative and technically sound landscape solutions that respond to site conditions and client preferences.
Requirements
- Comfortable using architectural design tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Holds at least a degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Brings a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a professional landscape practice or in the architectural/environmental design space.
- Strong knowledge of tropical landscape architecture and plant materials.
- Familiar with both natural and urban landscape applications, including high-rise landscaping.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a demanding, fast-moving setting.
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude, initiative, and conscientiousness.
