Senior Implementation Consultant - International

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ERP Implementation Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to spearhead international deployment projects for clients primarily in the Real Estate, PropTech, and Construction sectors. This position involves significant client interaction and provides exposure to global markets with promising leadership advancement opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluating project capacities and timelines thoroughly to ensure accurate assessments.
• Organizing and managing all aspects of implementation activities for assigned projects.
• Developing and standardizing efficient business procedures and project methodologies.
• Collaborating with management and stakeholders to communicate project status, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Offering constructive input to improve the efficiency and success of project implementations.
• Identifying and resolving issues across the project life cycle promptly.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of all project and implementation processes.

Preferred Qualifications and Expertise

• Prior experience with international ERP implementations, including readiness for frequent overseas assignments lasting up to six months.
• Deep domain expertise in PropTech is strongly preferred; candidates with backgrounds in supply chain management or manufacturing ERP are also considered.
• Familiarity with SQL Server is advantageous, though not required.
• Robust understanding of financial accounting principles; prior involvement with finance or accounting module implementations is highly beneficial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively, particularly in South East Asia (Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia) and Africa regions.
• Potential career progression to head regional operations based on demonstrated leadership and performance.

Additional Information

• Location: Bangalore or Delhi with mandatory office attendance.
• Passport: Candidates must possess a valid passport.
• Travel: Frequent international travel required, including extended stays abroad with scheduled flybacks every three months as per client agreements.
• Compensation: Salary range is 1,200,000 to 1,800,000 INR annually, negotiable based on experience.
• Candidate Profile: Preference is given to applicants willing to focus on and travel to South East Asia and African markets, with a goal to establish and expand regional operations after successful project implementations.
