About the Role

An independent creative agency based in London seeks a Senior Designer / Design Lead on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026. There is a strong likelihood this position will transition into a permanent role in 2027. The offered salary can reach up to £55,000, depending on the candidate's experience.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate must combine exceptional design craftsmanship with deep cultural insight. They should possess an outstanding eye for typography, color, composition, and detail to produce innovative, contemporary, and refined work.

Scope of Work

This role involves working on a diverse variety of projects including campaigns, social media content, experiential marketing, brand identity, packaging, and other content for notable clients across sport, fashion, lifestyle, and culture sectors. Versatility is essential, and while experience with motion design is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

• At least 6 years of experience within an agency or brand setting.
• Ability to craft thoughtful and polished designs across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand communication and cultural engagement.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with creatives, strategists, and production teams.
• Interest in exploring emerging creative technologies, including AI, applying them judiciously.
• Capabilities in elevating design standards and mentoring junior designers.

Work Arrangement

This position is hybrid-based, requiring attendance at the London office 2 to 3 times weekly.
