Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design Team. This position involves leading the development of both digital and physical marketing materials, editorial work, branding, advertising, and event collateral. The role collaborates closely with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to maintain and elevate the distinct goop aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Lead creation of digital and print materials including landing pages, editorial layouts, email campaigns, social media graphics, invitations, signage, and presentations that uphold and elevate the brand identity.
Establish and maintain high creative standards by guiding and mentoring junior design staff, ensuring consistent quality output.
Manage projects from initial concept through to final production, efficiently iterating designs while preserving a unified brand look and feel.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with strategic objectives and tight deadlines.
Continuously refine and develop goop’s visual identity by identifying new opportunities to advance the brand across digital and physical platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

At least six years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, or digital media sectors.
An impressive portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, clean, and cohesive designs across digital and print formats.
Expert competence with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is favored.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related discipline.
Proven experience leading projects independently and mentoring junior designers.
Strong aesthetic judgement with acute attention to typography and layout; excellent interpersonal skills to work both collaboratively and autonomously.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with equity participation. Final compensation is based on experience, location, and skills.
