Senior Full Stack Developer - Fintech (.NET, C#, React)

We seek a Senior Full Stack Developer skilled with C#, .NET, and React to enhance and maintain high-performance digital products visible to customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve backend APIs and services using C# and .NET technologies.
• Develop responsive, robust frontend applications leveraging React and TypeScript.
• Own feature development end-to-end, from initial design to deployment and ongoing improvements.
• Participate actively in architectural decisions, setting engineering standards, and code quality practices.
• Deliver customer experiences that emphasize speed, usability, and conversion metrics.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in thorough code reviews.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and reliability issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers.
• Support multi-regional, multilingual software deployments, ensuring product scalability and localization.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven commercial experience developing software using C# and .NET frameworks.
• Strong full stack development skills, including React and TypeScript for frontend work.
• Experience with building backend services, APIs, and customer-oriented web applications.
• Demonstrable record of delivering quality software products in a real-world product environment.
• Deep understanding of clean code principles, automated testing, maintainability, and handling failure scenarios.
• Interest and knowledge in frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and user experience design.
• Ability to contribute thoughtfully to architectural and technical discussions.
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership of code after deployment and during product lifecycle.
• Comfort working in an adaptive, fast-moving environment where priorities shift.

Additional desirable experience includes working with headless CMS, technical SEO, internationalisation and localization efforts, authentication mechanisms, and high-conversion digital products.
