About the Company
Rockman began in 1960 as a maker of bicycle components and has grown into a major supplier of aluminium die casting, machined assemblies, and painted assemblies. Its products are used by well-known motorcycle brands and automobile original equipment manufacturers worldwide. The company is also recognized as a leading player in alloy wheels for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. In addition to wheels, it manufactures cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, crank cases, crank case covers, oil pans, transmission housings, and other mechanical parts. Since 2017, Rockman has also offered advanced carbon composite components through the acquisition of a British-Indian business, previously known as Moldex Composites.
Role Overview
This position is for a senior-level engineer responsible for handling LPDC die maintenance activities at the Cheyyar location.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage LPDC die maintenance work as the section in charge.
- Oversee maintenance activities related to LPDC die casting tools and equipment.
- Apply strong working knowledge of LPDC die casting and tool room operations to keep production support effective.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is an expert in LPDC die maintenance and should have a solid understanding of die casting and tool room processes.
Eligibility
