Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Analytics to join our Marketing and Growth team in Singapore. This onsite role involves leveraging data to guide growth strategies and enhance user engagement. You'll work closely with teams across marketing and product to develop regional strategies focused on expanding user base and optimizing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate by exploring user behavior data to propose new business opportunities and evaluate the viability of marketing initiatives and product ideas through detailed data analysis.
• Illuminate by interpreting user data to generate actionable insights supporting growth strategies, crafting compelling visualizations and dashboards to facilitate informed organizational decisions.
• Influence strategy development by collaborating with stakeholders to define key metrics, design rigorous experiments such as A/B testing, and ensure robust data collection and governance.
• Drive impactful results by applying advanced analytics to extract deep consumer insights, building scalable frameworks to address recurring marketing and growth challenges efficiently.
• Analyze extensive datasets to identify trends and anomalies, communicating findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Develop data specifications for marketing initiatives and work with engineering to implement scalable data infrastructures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into analytical solutions that enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Maintain best practices in data handling and analytical diligence across projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics, applied data science, or quantitative analysis.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
• Proven experience solving complex business problems and translating requirements into analytical outputs.
• Expertise handling large-scale datasets and familiarity with distributed computing environments.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Excellent communication, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior decision-makers.
• Experience with data governance, cloud analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.

Preferred Experience

• Background in marketing analytics or business intelligence in tech-focused companies.
• Experience utilizing advanced AI technologies, including large language models and agentic AI systems.
