Senior Consultant

Role overview

This opportunity is for an accomplished Senior Consultant to support a consulting practice focused on strategy, transformation, and business improvement. The role will contribute to client engagements across different industries, helping organizations strengthen growth, improve operations, and develop their teams and structures.

What you will do

• Take ownership of project workstreams and keep deliverables on track and to a high standard.
• Carry out business diagnostics, market scanning, benchmarking exercises, and structured data analysis.
• Create strategic recommendations, target operating models, transformation frameworks, and practical roadmaps.
• Convert complex business needs into clear, executable initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and important stakeholders.
• Join steering committee sessions and discussions with senior executives.
• Handle day-to-day communication with client representatives.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction while upholding quality expectations.
• Guide, coach, and support junior consultants and analysts.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, documentation, and ongoing process improvements.
• Work with internal teams on proposal writing and business development efforts.
• Support RFP responses, proposal creation, solution shaping, and client presentation activities.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• An MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, KPI, Prosci, Agile, or similar credentials are highly valued.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategy consulting.
• At least 3 years of experience with internationally recognized consulting firms is required.
• Strong professional English communication skills are essential.
