Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior DevOps Engineers to participate in a compensated remote program dedicated to AI training focused on Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The position involves creating detailed engineering ticket-style prompts, configuring LocalStack sandbox environments, and developing authoritative solutions validated by end-to-end automated tests to enable AI systems to learn Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation technologies. This role is highly flexible and ideal for senior professionals in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure engineering who prefer asynchronous, project-based remote work.
Primary Duties
- Compose natural language prompts simulating realistic engineering tickets with practical ambiguity and context to challenge AI with authentic scenarios.
- Set up and manage LocalStack sandbox environments as local AWS emulators to test infrastructure tasks.
- Create initial infrastructure configurations along with definitive "golden solutions" supported by passing automated end-to-end tests.
- Maintain high standards of task quality; submissions lacking clarity or complexity may be declined.
- Assess AI answers by discerning the correct solution from paired AI-generated responses for each infrastructure question.
- Develop foundational prompts that guide AI models in task construction.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive senior-level experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency with at least one major IaC platform—preferably AWS CDK, Terraform (HCL), or CloudFormation; familiarity with Pulumi, AzureRM, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is advantageous.
- Strong coding skills in infrastructure scripting/testing using TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Excellent written English communication abilities, capable of explaining intricate technical details clearly and adhering to formal style guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation up to 50 USD per hour plus additional incentives, varying by experience and project needs.
- Payments processed via PayPal and AirTM platforms.
- Work fully remotely with flexible scheduling based on project availability, generally between 5 to 10 hours weekly, up to a maximum of 40 hours.
- Free provision of advanced AI tools worth over 200 USD monthly, including GPT and Claude, at no cost.
