About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and client-oriented Relationship Manager licensed by the SCA to join a prominent financial services firm based in Dubai, UAE. Candidates should bring a minimum of four years' experience in the brokerage field with expertise in trading, investment, or financial markets. The role focuses on cultivating enduring client relationships and propelling business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture enduring relationships with both retail and institutional clientele.
• Market investment, brokerage, trading, and wealth management products and services effectively.
• Discover and capitalize on new business prospects to grow the client base.
• Deliver insightful financial market analysis and strategic investment advice.
• Comply strictly with SCA regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Meet sales and revenue objectives through proficient management of client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure superior customer service delivery.
• Maintain precise client data and paperwork consistent with internal guidelines.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience within the brokerage industry.
• Mandatory possession of a valid SCA License.
• Proven background in financial services, trading, cryptocurrencies, or investments.
• Strong expertise in acquiring new clients and managing established relationships.
• Applicants should have an existing client network or database.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Fluency in English paired with Arabic or French is required.
