Position Overview

The Senior Analyst in SAP Support will manage day-to-day activities within Centric Brands’ SAP ECC environment, focusing particularly on Supply Chain and Finance functionalities. Acting as a crucial link between business users and the SAP IT department, this role demands active application support, troubleshooting, and collaboration across functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist business users in Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Finance, and associated SAP processes through hands-on support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate SAP integration with systems like Infor Nexus and upcoming costing platforms, ensuring synchronous supply chain and financial workflows.
• Work alongside external support partners and internal IT to maintain operational continuity, data quality, and adherence to SAP standards.

Typical Activities and Time Allocation

• User Support (30–40%): Addressing helpdesk inquiries, resolving SAP ECC issues, and conducting user help sessions.
• Data & System Management (20–30%): Validating and updating master data, handling configuration changes, and managing SAP transport and change documentation.
• UAT & Project Participation (20–25%): Executing test cases, supporting system integrations, and engaging in project-related initiatives.
• Meetings & Coordination (10–20%): Leading discussions on business requirements, providing meeting summaries, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience providing SAP ECC functional support or business analysis.
• Expertise in Supply Chain (MM, SD) and/or Finance (FI/CO, AP, AR) modules within SAP ECC.
• Preferably experienced in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods sectors; SAP Apparel & Footwear Solution (AFS) knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with helpdesk platforms such as ManageEngine SDP or ServiceNow.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SAP ECC modules: SD, MM, FI, CO.
• Competent in SAP GUI navigation and transaction processing.
• Understanding of SAP master data, output types, condition records, and partner functions.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect documentation.
• Strong Excel skills for data validation and reporting; knowledge of Snowflake or BI tools like Sigma Computing is a plus.
• Exposure to Infor Nexus or similar platforms and awareness of costing/product lifecycle systems beneficial.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capable of translating technical SAP processes into simple business language.
