Role Overview

They are seeking a Senior AI Project Lead to oversee complex client projects from initial discovery through to delivery. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to AI and digital transformation efforts across multiple industries by guiding organisations in adopting meaningful AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI and digital transformation projects end-to-end—from concept through implementation to successful completion.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders acting as their primary advisor.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising technical experts, consultants, and business representatives.
• Lead workshops, strategy sessions, and training programs that facilitate client understanding and adoption of AI technologies.
• Interpret and simplify complex technical concepts into actionable business insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure projects align with objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout their lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigations to keep projects on track.
• Drive continual improvements in project delivery processes, client engagement practices, and internal teamwork.
• Support business growth through mentoring, knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and helping develop new client services.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum four years' experience managing complex client-facing projects in consulting, technology, digital transformation, AI, data, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions within actual business environments.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities capable of balancing multiple priorities and effective communication with varied stakeholders.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, training events, and collaborative group sessions.
• Outstanding interpersonal capabilities to build credibility and rapport with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills for handling ambiguous or complex business challenges.
• Commercial acuity focused on generating measurable client value.
• Fluent in both German and English at C1 or higher proficiency levels for written and verbal communication.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations roughly 50% of the time.

Preferred Background

Experience in management consulting, digital transformation, cloud technologies, enterprise software, B2B SaaS, AI consulting, or similar professional service environments is advantageous.
