About the Role
An international contractor leading a prominent stadium construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Senior 4D Planner. The role involves integrating time and spatial aspects into project planning to streamline execution, enhance teamwork, and guide key decisions across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee detailed 4D construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6 alongside Synchro software.
- Combine BIM models with project timelines to generate interactive 4D visual simulations.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and construction departments to synchronize scheduling and model data.
- Lead a team of two 4D planners, facilitating coordination between the Planning, Design, and BIM teams.
- Continuously maintain and update 4D models during the project's duration.
- Ensure adherence to project control standards and fulfill reporting obligations.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of an engineering degree.
- A minimum of eight years’ experience in project planning, with at least four years dedicated to 4D planning.
- Demonstrable experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally within the Middle East region.
- Highly skilled in Primavera P6 and Synchro 4D applications.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and construction practices.
