• Capability to independently manage a section efficiently in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong teamwork skills complemented by warm and professional communication.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on service standards and presentation.
• An enthusiasm for food and wine coupled with a desire to expand knowledge continuously.
