Job Description
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Candidates typically have over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working as an Agile Coach is advantageous.
- Experience leading organizational change from Waterfall methodologies to Agile is sought after.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to swiftly resolve conflicts.
- Expertise in identifying and addressing gaps within Scrum processes.
- Clear understanding of what falls within Scrum practices and what does not.
- Proven success utilizing Agile techniques in practice.
- Competence in leading and collaborating with teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt in dynamic and changing environments.
- Self-driven with the ability to maintain focus despite distractions.
- Demonstrated mastery of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Exposure to Agile application at scale in organizational settings.
- Experience navigating various Software Development Life Cycles, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
- Skilled facilitation abilities to conduct effective meetings, both in person and with distributed teams.
