Scrum Master

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Agile Scrum Master to manage and oversee the Scrum board alongside the Product Owner. The role involves supporting the implementation of SAFe Agile methodologies, ensuring clear definition of work items, and facilitating their successful completion. Collaboration with various teams before and after development is crucial to align requirements, testing plans, and delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Scrum board in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Implement SAFe Agile practices in daily work.
• Create and maintain Scrum cards as necessary.
• Ensure timely completion of Scrum cards.
• Represent the team during cross-functional team meetings and ceremonies.
• Review work items to guarantee strong business acceptance criteria.
• Review work items to validate thorough technical acceptance criteria.
• Maintain adherence to the Definition of Done and continuously enhance this definition.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to fulfill all necessary requirements.
• Guarantee comprehensive test plans are developed and executed.
• Address and remove any assumptions lacking validation by engaging closely with partner teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in roles involving similar responsibilities.
• Strong critical thinking skills to extract clarity from complex situations.
• Proactive and curious mindset focused on team improvement.
• Analytical thinker with capability to delve into detailed work items and topics.
• Open to hands-on involvement in testing and validation activities.
• Preferably holds Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master certification.
