Frostees India Private Limited requires a Picker Senior Assistant for their clothing warehouse based in Dankuni, near Dankuni Toll Plaza, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Role Summary
This full-time, in-house position involves working a 9-hour shift (including breaks) during night or noon hours with a six-day workweek and one weekly off.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing clothing products accurately
- Sorting, scanning, and arranging items in assigned locations
- Assisting with loading and unloading tasks as needed
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education required is passing 10th grade
- Age must range between 18 and 36 years
- Only male candidates are eligible
Compensation and Benefits
- In-hand salary of ₹11,900 per month for night shifts
- Additional allowances include a night shift allowance of ₹100 per night and overtime pay
- Attendance bonus of ₹500 plus performance incentives
