SAP FI Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP FI Consultant with extensive expertise in financial accounting and hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. This role involves configuring, enhancing, and supporting financial systems to guarantee adherence to local statutory regulations while improving fundamental financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure core financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Ensure full compliance with Indian statutory requirements by implementing and maintaining GST and other local tax regulations.
• Establish and maintain efficient bank integration processes alongside executing period-end closing procedures effectively.
• Leverage best practices within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to optimize financial operations.
• Collaborate with various teams including business stakeholders and technical leads to resolve challenges, collect requirements, and deliver solid financial solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant.
• Over 2 years of specialized experience working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, bank integrations, GST/tax localization for India, and period-end closing.
• Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective client communication.
