Job Overview
The Sales Representative will manage client relationships, uncover new business prospects, advocate company products and services, and meet sales goals. Acting as the customer's main contact within the company, this role ensures effective communication, comprehends client needs, offers fitting solutions, and maintains excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Market and sell Liebherr's products and services to current and potential clients.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services.
- Prepare price quotations, follow up on inquiries, and finalize sales agreements.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Conduct periodic visits to customers to ensure satisfaction levels remain high.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor performance, and generate management reports.
- Assist in coordinating promotional events and exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, reports, and forecasts.
- Adhere strictly to company-defined sales policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Strong persuasion and customer service skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales workflow and associated documentation.
- Technical knowledge related to heavy machinery or equipment is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Effective in time management and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Additional Information
