Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join Ninja, an expanding food delivery service. This position involves working both onsite and in the field to engage new restaurant partners and enhance relationships with current ones, ultimately boosting sales performance and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective restaurant partners
• Demonstrate and promote the features and benefits of our platform and services
• Negotiate agreements and finalize sales contracts
• Assist existing restaurant partners in increasing their sales outcomes
• Establish and nurture strong business relationships with partners
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless operations
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitive activities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in sales is advantageous
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in English language
• Proactive, practical, and focused on achieving results
• Capable of working in both field and office environments
• Strong performance under pressure to fulfill targets
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
