Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Relationship Manager to lead and cultivate a team of sales advisers, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets. This role involves recruiting advisers, guiding and motivating them, and providing regular training to enhance their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new sales advisers to expand the team.
- Create business opportunities through effective management of advisers.
- Lead and oversee a team of advisers to meet sales objectives.
- Motivate team members to attain and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to team members.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Age must be between 21 to 42 years.
Compensation
The offered fixed salary is up to INR 3.75 Lakhs per annum, including incentives. Monthly salary ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 27,500 approximately.
