About the Role
Talentspring Staffing is urgently seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Engineers to join their teams across multiple Indian cities including Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai. These roles focus on sales and marketing within specialized industries such as Clean Room Panels Manufacturing, Cleanroom Turnkey Solutions, Pharmaceutical Machinery, HVAC, and Process Equipment. Opportunities are available at various seniority levels, notably for Senior Managers, Managers, and Senior Executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads and nurture customer relationships to expand business.
- Convert prospective clients and leads into confirmed business contracts.
- Advocate and promote products including Clean Room Panels, Pharma machinery, and Turnkey project solutions.
- Comprehend clients’ technical and commercial demands to tailor proposals accordingly.
- Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize orders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide reliable post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or surpass sales targets and strive to grow market share.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to discover additional business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated success in B2B project sales within industrial sectors.
- Excellent capabilities in communication, negotiation, and delivering effective presentations.
- Adept at managing and sustaining strong client relationships.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel as part of job requirements.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure or expertise in any of the following sectors:
